Radisson Suzhou

The hotel is very decent and has all the necessary facilities while being clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The beds are clean and comfy and the bathrooms are spacious. They provide enough pillows for each bed and the rooms are very spacious. The breakfast was decent but some limiting options. It is walking distance from the tram station. This is the perfect hotel to be slightly out of the noisy city but does require travelling if you need to be in the city center. The wifi was good and easy to connect to

Hotel staff are really nice, but my room smell like cigarettes. I asked the front desk to change my room immediately, the staff are really friendly and take care of my business right away.
